Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 26, 2026
Phyxius is a daily practice app for building leverage on a Stoic foundation. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We keep it short, and we do not sell your data.
Information we collect
- Account information. When you sign in with Apple, Google, or email, we receive your email address and a unique user ID, and your name if you provide one. We use these to create and secure your account.
- Profile. A handle and display name you choose for the community.
- Content you create. Posts, likes, and comments you share in the community feed, and any notes or journal entries you choose to upload for reflection.
- AI interactions. When you ask Phyxius a question or request a reflection, the text you submit is sent for AI processing so we can return a response. We keep simple daily usage counts to enforce fair-use limits.
- On-device data. Some content - your saved quotes, local journals, and notification settings - is stored only on your device and is not sent to us.
How we use it
To provide the app's features (sign-in, the community feed, AI reflections, and notifications), to enforce fair-use limits, and to keep the community safe.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of providers who process data on our behalf under their own terms:
- Supabase - authentication and database (accounts, profiles, posts).
- Anthropic - AI processing of the questions and reflections you submit.
- Apple and Google - sign-in, when you choose those options.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your content for advertising.
Keeping and deleting your data
You can request deletion of your account and its associated data at any time by emailing dfcaulfield@gmail.com. We will remove your profile, posts, and account data.
Children
Phyxius is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above.
